Medicare & Billing
When VCMG providers deliver care to Medicare-eligible patients, VCMG is the billing entity of record for those services — including eligible video visits as required by federal regulations.
MSO Arrangement
Management and administrative services are provided under a Management Services Organization (MSO) arrangement, supporting non-clinical operations while preserving the full independence of clinical decision-making.
Provider Credentialing
All clinicians are licensed, credentialed, and privileged per applicable state and federal requirements. Our process includes primary source verification, background checks, and ongoing performance monitoring.
